    Pricing a bike

    I have a Trek 1100 aluminum frame bike. It is in excellent condition and has just been tuned up and the cables replaced.

    I bought the bike several years ago second hand. I was once offered $500 and two other bikes for it, but at the time, I was riding it regularly and carrying it up and down flights of stairs and did not want to sell it.

    I have purchased another bike, and would like to sell this one. I have no idea what to ask for it. Could anyone provide some input?
