armstrong and saturday's time trial
when asked by frankie andreu as to how he felt about saturday's time trial amrstrong said that he is very familar with the course and that he has never lost the final time trial and he does not plan on loosing this one. he does sound pretty confident and i believe he can back up his words.

You should come up with a nick - the other Jeff Jones has been around for far longer.

re:armstrong and saturday's time trial
Lance should know you should "never say never". He's dealing with one od the best ITT racers of the past 20 years (twice world champion), holder of the record gap in the TdF in recent memory (3'04 on 1997).

re:armstrong and saturday's time trial
he will be much better prepared for this one knowing what is on the line.

re:armstrong and saturday's time trial
He's never lost a final TT because nobody else has had a chance to beat him in the TT AND pick up the yellow jersey. That said, I think Lance will win
Saturday. But, if he doesn't, I don't expect Jan to pick-up 67+ seconds.

It seems like about 30% of the people here are confused about one ore more elements or the balance of the schedule so I guess I am the answer man for the retards.

re:armstrong and saturday's time trial
WHAT!? I assure you Lance prepared as well as he could for the previous
ITT, as he will for the next one. I suspect the intestinal issue was the culprit for his dehydration and certainly could have affected his performance.
However, Jan is better suited for the flat time trial coming up than he was for the relatively hilly one earlier. I believe Jan will win the ITT, however, I am not certain if he can win by 68 seconds.
