Will Campy 10s Shift on new Shimano 10s cassettes? In other words, is cog spacing "close enough"? If yes, has anyone tried it yet and what chain works best?

re:Converting Campy 9 to 10

I'm converting a racing triple to a 10 bit by bit. I've picked up a right hand, 10 speed ergo shifter, 10 cassette and chain. Also have cranks that will work. At this point I thought the remaining piece I needed was a rear derailleur. Based on another thread, it appears that the cogs I got won't fit on the existing 9 speed spline though a conversion spline is available.
