I have a question about track Disk Wheels...or any track wheels really..can one use a quick release on the track or must in be bolt and nut type of axel ? are they hard to change ?

I've been using an ITM Millenium bar and stem, both new, for the past few months, and despite tightening the allen bolts on the stem pretty much as far as I can with a small allen-key, the bars slowly rotate round after a few rides, so that instead of the drops sloping upwards away from the ends of the bars, they finish up level.

What is the equivalent size (metric or SAE) open ended wrench for pedals?

Also, is there a convenient website for steps on installing stems/quills on a threaded steerer? don't know if sheldon has this info, his site is too large to navigate sometimes .

fyi, bought an old roadie on ebay, just need to get the last pieces in place, and tighten it all down.

noticed some shifting problems in specific combinations, took a look and decided the middle chainring needed to be replaced, since it seemed to be more worn than the others.
