I'm building a modern touring bike from an old lugged trek touring frame.
I'm trying to decide on a handlebar. I'm going to use Ultegra STI combo shifters. Does it matter if I use a single groove handlebar, a double, or no groove?

I've seen several bars I like, but they seem to be either no groove or single groove. Any input would be appreciated.
