Greasing cranks

I have a slight ticking noise whilst turning the cranks which it has been suggested might be as a result of my cranks needing greasing.

I have the appropriate tools, a torque wrench and crank puller. I am assuming that I will need to apply some copper grease to the axle before refitting the cranks - is copper grease what I should be using? Secondly should I apply the same grease to the crank bolt

Where to get titanium anti-sieze?

I'm sure I can find it online, but I'd hate to pay $5-$10 shipping for a $5 item.

Do LBS's tend to carry it? My LBS is a Performance shop, and it's not in their catalog...

I've seen (somewhere) Loctite brand ti anti-sieze. That makes me wonder if I can find the stuff at an auto-parts store or hardware store.

2nd question - how much of the stuff do you need to use? Do you have to completel y

re:copper slip and aluminuim frames with parts

I have a aluminuim frame i am building up. I was about to screw in the deore rear derailleur and it struck me i wasnt sure if i should use copper slip, since i think i read that steel, copper slip and aluminuim can react with electolysis taking place. so should i use copper slip or grease?
