The UCI won't let Beloki take his asthma medicine and now he can't even finish a stage because he can't get oxygen to his body. There's ridiculous and then there's the truly ridiculous. I was watching an old French movie on video last night that included scenes of a dropped bar bicycle from the late 1950's. The brake levers on the bike were new to me and they made me think of the dropped bar/flat bar braking discussion a couple of weeks ago (which I stayed out of... Maybe you guys can help me make a decision on what kind of bike I want?

I already have a Habanero mt bike. Love it

But Im yearning for something a bit "faster".

Most al of my riding is back/forth to work. With an occasional weekend tour or ride

However.... Ive been secretly thinking abt a week long tour someday. Don't know where...
