I assume this is the latest video on LA and his Tour efforts that is being broadcast just prior to the noon bradcast of the Giro. So far, they show him in the wind tunnel with all kinds of feedback for him to look at as he pedals and breathes. The interesting thing to me is that Lance is talking as if he has not used this kind of feedback before. That leaves me wondering just how much he could see

I have a Trek 1000 (2001) all stock. Yes it is LOWWWW end everything, but it has served it's purpose thus far.

I race recreationaly in non-drafting races, sprint triathlons mostly.

I want to make my bike faster, but not spend more than I spent on the actual bike. (Yes, I am working on making myself faster)

I'm looking at getting Performance Titan wheels which are lighter, more aero, are less

As I develop, I would remove more and more weight until I

I just got an unfinished kinesis crosslight fork (aluminum). I know I need to do something to prevent oxidation, but I'm not sure what my best option is.

The bike is a '99 bean green surly cross-check. Having the fork match the frame would be cool. I've been searching the web for frame painters. I'm pretty overwhelmed by the choices and could use any suggestions from anyone with experience.

Hi. I'm new the the group but thought this would be the right place to ask. Just got a set of Powercranks and put them on the bike I've been using on my Computrainer. Gee, I used to enjoy my Computrainer! Now I can only ride it for about 3 miles! Anyone else had experience with
Powercranks? Does this get better or is this why I see them on e-bay so often? Thanks in advance!
