I was visiting the Bay area of California over New Years, and was quite impressed with the number of cyclists out in the Palo Alto area.
But one thing struck me as very strange: it was a nice sunny 50 degree day (spring jacket weather), and a remarkable number of cyclists were wearing what looked like neoprene overbooties.

Why? I had always thought this was a specialized item reserved for cyclin

has anyone had any problems with glueless patches unsticking themselves when they have some pressure put to them?

Had an issue with a repaired pinch flat, where the patch has lifted from the puncture itself...

had just repaired it again, so will see how this goes... just curious if anyone else has had this, or maybe I put the first one on badly...

Be careful what you wish for. I ride my bike in the Chicago suburbs, out among the forest preserves where there are abundant bike trails... and abundant broken glass on same. Of course, the roads themselves are no better... unless I ride in the car lanes instead of on the nice wide shoulders. I've been getting flat tires every two months on average - and sometimes twice a month.
