I recently did a fixed-gear conversion on a '77 Raleigh Grand Prix. I removed the original pedals and started to install a set of new ones. The fit seemed very tight. I didn't force it. The original pedals go on and off easily.
Am I going to have to replace the cranks in order to upgrade the pedals?

For my fixed gear conversion, I need a 46t chainring for an early 90's
Campy Athena crank (135 mm BCD). I've read where TA makes such, but have had no luck finding a source on the web. Can anyone offer help?
