re:Do most pedals fit most cranks? In category Tech issues Written by Phrantic I recently did a fixed-gear conversion on a '77 Raleigh Grand Prix. I removed the original pedals and started to install a set of new ones. The fit seemed very tight. I didn't force it. The original pedals go on and off easily. Am I going to have to replace the cranks in order to upgrade the pedals?
