I've been cycling in Central Park here in New York for about 18 months now wondering if I am overtraining.

My stats:

Age 53
Ht 5' 11"
Weight 180 lbs

Total Weeks 18
26 Miles/Wk Average
Total Time about 32 Hours
Average distance 19.5 Miles
Average Speed 17.7

Off season weather was brutal in January so
I missed a few weeks. Now that Spring is here I want to increase my training as well as loose

Old Road Bike - Kuwahara Count

Hello - I've been looking all over for information on a bike I have had in storage for well over 10 years. I have not been able to find out much of anything. The bike is a Kuwahara Count - a 12 speed road bike. It was bought in the late 80's; 86 or 87 is my best guess. It's got about 50 miles total use on it, but hasn't been much cared for over the last decade.

Has anyone heard of this beastie?

Giant spoke problem?

Just curious if anyone else has had problems with the Giant brand Cypress DX bike. This is the my second season riding with about 1000 miles total on the bike. Just had the rear wheel spokes re-laced, since within the last month
I have broken two spokes. The shop said it happens sometimes and gave a reason that it has to do with it being a drive wheel. Does this happen on other bikes???..... beca
