Looking at the poor result of today (four frogs at the first four places)
it seems that nowadays this race is taken into consideration only by french riders.
I wonder why does the UCI keeps on giving it the status of 1.HC.
This race should be declassed, it fakes the rankings giving too many points to average riders like Flickinger or Geslin.

I was skiing today at Baker Park near Medina, Minnesota when I passed Greg
Lemond who was resting on the side of the trail. I couldn't resist, and skied back to chat a while and skied a short bit with him. What a thrill to meet such a great champion.
