I've got to flip the stem to give positive rise.. and the cables are too short... so I have to replace the section of housing that go from the shifter/derailleur pods and the brake and derailleur cables.

I've been looking around on the 'net and have not found a site with campy maintenance info...

does anyone know where I can find it..

also.. any tips would be appreciated... my first time to r

What's the advantage of a threadless headset over an oldfashioned threaded one? Is the threaded one stiffer/lighter? Would it improve my riding in any way going from threaded to threadless?

I ride a Norco Java MTB, and a Giant TCR2 Roadie...

On the Java, running slicks, I can average around 36 km/h spinning at what I guestimate to be a cadence of around 90 RPM... On the Giant, in a similar gear ratio, I can average about 27 km/h, with a cadence of around 80 RPM, but also get a lower back pain...

I'm seeking a more upright riding position. I've added a couple more spacers around the steerer tube to bring the distance between the bearing cap and stem bottom to around 1.5 inches. Is this too much?
What is the maximum distance between these two points that can be safely added?

I am in the process of putting together a new bike and I am having trouble making a decision of which of two frame sizes I should choose. I know that the right answer is to ride both sizes and pick the one that fits best, unfortunately I do not have this option. There is no dealer near me that carries the brand I am interested in(Soma) and even if there were it would have to be an exceptional shop

I'm looking for a threadless mountain-style stem with a rise between
110 and 130 degrees. I've got a 110mm x 130-deg (i.e. 40 degrees of rise), and I'd like to find something 5-10 degrees lower. Steerer is
1-1/8" (28.6mm), and the bar dia is 25.4mm (standard mtb). I know about the custom Salsa stems, but would prefer something much cheaper.
