My cleats have about 10000 miles on them and are probably due for replacement. I've allready got a new pair but have read several reviews on mtbr saying that the new cleats give nothing but trouble. Does anybody have any experience with this?

I've had Speedplay pedals (both Frog and X2) for three seasons now and have put about 5000 miles on both pair. Now I've recognized that there is considderable play in the bearings on the Frogs. Is that common after only
5000 miles? My former Shimano's lasted at least three times that without significant wear on the bearings. I've greased them regularly and the X2's have no such problems. I've trie
